Headquartered in City of Industry, CA, Luxon Holdings, Inc. announced that it has recently filed a Form S-1 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (”SEC”) to become a “reporting company” as well as registering the offering of 1,954,000 shares of common stock of Luxon Holdings that may be offered for sale by the selling stockholders named in the Registration Statement.

- Expands market reach to Kunming with contract woth RMB35 million to supply ingots for 120 train cars for Kuming Metro

PR Newswire// August 10, 2011 - Luxon Holdings, Inc. through its subsidiary Liaoyuan Yinyuan Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd. marks its breakthrough into Kuming, the provincial capital of Yunnan Province, with the Kunming Metro project.  The contract will see Yinyuan Aluminum supplying aluminum ingots to Midas for 20 train sets (1 train set = 6 train cars), or 120 train cars, for a value of RMB 35 million. Delivery for this project is expected to take place between the second half of 2012 and 2013.

Commenting on the latest contract wins, Mr. Stephen C. Lee, CEO of Luxon said, “We are delighted to have secured two metro projects from Jilin Midas Aluminum Co., Ltd. The latest wins underscore the Group’s proven track record and the quality of our products and services.

“The Kunming Metro projects also marks the Group’s foray into Kunming, one of the largest cities in China without an existing metro system. We remain positive about the market opportunities for metro systems in China as cities turn to metro systems to meet its public transportations needs.  Moving forward, we will continue to seek new opportunities to strengthen our market position,” Mr. Lee added.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s financials between the financial years ending December 31, 2012 to 2013.

Under the terms of the contract, Yinyuan Aluminum will supply aluminum alloy ingots for 41 trains sets, or 246 train cars (1 train set = 6 train cars), with delivery expected to take place from 2012 to 2014.
