Luxon Secures RMB61 Million Contract From CNR Changchun

PR Newswire// City of Industry, CA // June 9, 2011 - Luxon Holdings, Inc. today announced that its susidiary Liaoyuan Yinyuan Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd has secured a RMB61 million contract from CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. for the Shanghai Metro Line 12 Projects.

Under the terms of the contract, Yinyuan Aluminum will supply aluminum alloy ingots for 41 trains sets, or 246 train cars (1 train set = 6 train cars), with delivery expected to take place from 2012 to 2014.
