Yinyuan enjoys the geographical advantage of being located in Liaoyuan city on the vast Songliao Plain in Jinlin Province, China. We are about 230 km from Shenyang, the largest city in northeast China, and only 120 km from Changchun, the capital city of Jilin Province. Yinyuan occupies an area of more than 20,000 square meters, with a construction area of 5800 square meters. We have 100 employees with Engineers and Technicians making up 22 percent of our staff.
Ingot and billet play an integral part in the production of almost all other aluminum products. Plate, sheet, foil, wire, rod, and bar products are all produced by pressing ingot and billet. The company’s major products are various cast aluminum alloy billets of 455mm - 510mm. Because of the consistent quality of our products, Yinyuan enjoys a high ranking in comparison with competing companies in China’s alluminum alloy industry. What makes Yinyuan stand out is the quality results achieved in the difficult processing of billets with diameters of 545mm.

Future Development
Equipment upgrades and increased production to meet market needs are very important for the growth of the company. If China’s rail communications and transportation industries want to raise running speeds, they must reduce deadweight by using large-scale applications of light-weight aluminum alloy materials.
Yinyuan is adding: advanced on-line purging, de-gassing, oil and gas sliding film casting technology and equipment, permanent-magnet mixing equipment, and internal liquid-pressure casting equipment.
The importation of this equipment will narrow the gap between China, and the developed countries of the world, in large-section aluminum alloy material production. Our technique levels will soon reach the internationally advanced level creating a new benchmark for China’s up-market cast aluminum alloy ingots technology. This will lay a solid foundation for Yinyuan’s participation in China’s development. Our production of high-purity aluminum alloy materials for use in China’s rail communications and transportation vehicles, aviation and space industries, and its electrical power industry, is well underway.
Yinyuan plans to double its production capacity within two years to reach an annual capacity of 40000 tons of large-section, high-strength cast aluminum alloy ingots and billets.
