Liaoyuan Yinyuan Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd. (Yinyuan) was established under the law of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) on July 15, 2002. Luxon Holdings, Inc. (Luxon or, The Company) was incorporated February 17 2006 in the State of Nevada, USA. On March 6, 2006, Luxon acquired 100% of Yinyuan’s outstanding shares by way of share exchange and cash considerations. After the acquisition, Yinyuan became a wholly-owned Luxon subsidiary and has been designated as an approved foreign-owned company by the PRC government.
We generate revenue from the processing and manufacture of aluminum and aluminum related products and with sales of large-section aluminum alloy cast ingots. Our business operation models include: production, processing, sales, trade and service.
Yinyuan enjoys a stellar reputation in the aluminum alloy industry and is strategically placed to fill the increasing demand for large quantities of aluminum ingots and billets in China. The trend, now, is to “replace steel with aluminum”. Although this trend has been the model for many years in foreign, developed countries, it’s not had a long history in China.
The rapid development of communications and transportation, by means of light high-speed trains and inter-city light rail systems, opened new markets for large-section aluminum alloy profiles. Now, with the availability of reliable transit, the vigorous expansion of upper-reach industrial development is taking place.
The Alstom Vehicle Company inspected our facilities and designated Yinyuan as a qualified supplier. We are now supplying aluminum alloy car profiles to Alstom’s sole strategic partner - Jilin Midas Aluminum Limited. Jilin used our aluminum profiles to facilitate the production of the 210 km per hour high-speed trains which were built at the Changchun rail car plant.
Meanwhile, the underground projects in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Guangzhou are all using aluminum alloy materials supplied by Yinyuan. The Jilin aluminum profile products for high-speed trains were exported to the French Alstom Vehicle Company and used to make rail cars for the Singapore ring-line light rapid transit system.
The successful cooperation of domestic and overseas vehicle-producing enterprises expands our market reach. Yinyuan’s cast aluminum alloy billets are basic, key materials for large-section aluminum alloy extrusion and casting operations. The specialized quality and strong technology necessary for this vigorous market development prompted Yinyuan to participate in more biddings. We invite clients to come to tour the headquarters and to attend specialized meetings. Yinyuan will also participate in guild meetings attended by both suppliers and clients.
Because we are leaders in the industry, Yinyuan was asked to participate in the bidding for specialized research and development products and on projects with difficult technical problems. This will advance the company’s reputation and attract new markets to generate more orders.
