Our wholly-owned susidiary Liaoyuan Yinyuan Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd is a specialized factory engaged in the processing and production of large-section aluminum alloy cast billets and ingots used to produce large-section aluminum alloy profiles, tubes and bar rods suitable for forging and stamping. By means of extruding and casting aluminum alloy, Yinyuan supplies quality raw materials to large industries engaged in building infrastructure and rail systems.
Building rail cars of aluminum is a tested and proven way to increase railroad efficiency. Aluminum, light in weight, can be designed to carry greater loads while matching the strength of steel cars. Whether constructed of all aluminum, or aluminum with steel, lighter railroad cars save money in both freight and fuel costs. An excellent example is the third generation of the TGV Duplex, a French high speed train, converted from steel to aluminum which reduced the weight by 20%. The Japanese high speed ‘bullet’ train and the Washington, DC Metro trains were both fabricated with aluminum.
Yinyuan’s major products cover more than 100 specifications of varied transformed aluminum alloy cast ingots from category-1 to category-7. We produce round-shaped ingots from 300mm-550mm in diameter and square-shaped ingots in widths up to 1800mm.

Category-6 aluminum alloy - rail vehicle profiles, sports and exhibition hall decorative materials.
This category covers numerous uses of aluminum alloy. We’ve supplied ingots to manufacturers for use in projects for underground railways in: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin, and Singapore. In addition, our category-6 aluminum alloy cast ingots are also being used for large-scale projects for localized high-speed train systems in the construction of the Shenzhen International Exhibition Center, and for the infrastructure of the Beijing Capital Airport No. 3 Terminal.
Category-7 aluminum alloy - special raw materials of high value addition.
This is a high-strength, heat treated aluminum alloy (super-hard aluminum.) Its representative specifications are 7A04, 7005, etc. Its main features are: good heat-treatment performance, convenient processing, and erosion-resistant, but it is more difficult to cast.
Category-7 aluminum alloy has extensive uses, mainly as a product of high value additions for: government procurement products, aviation materials, and in the construction of some sports facilities. Its main features are large diameter and high quality ingots (over 465mm.)
Category-5 aluminum alloy used in electrical power stations.
The aluminum alloy is used in electricity-generating station facilities and equipment. At present this makes up only a small portion of our overall business. However, as the Chinese government is expanding its investment in electricity infrastructure, we look forward to expanding our market share in this area as well.
