Dr. William Wang, Chairman of the Board 

Dr. William Wang is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Luxon Holdings Inc. He received his Master’s and Ph.D. from Florida State University. Prior to joining Luxon Holdings, Dr. Wang was the Executive Vice President and Director of Tongyuan (U.S.A.) Int’l Trading Group, a subsidiary of the Chengdu Enwei Group which is one of the major pharmaceutical companies in China. His extensive management experience also includes serving as Vice President and Director for Chimay Industrial, Inc. and VP of Standard Forex Inc. in Los Angeles, California.

Stephen Lee, Chief Executive Officer/Director

Mr. Stephen Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Luxon Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Luxon Holdings, Inc, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of White Pacific Securities, Inc. – one of the major securities brokerage firm based in the US specifically catering to Asian investors. White Pacific offers financial services through its seven subsidiaries and sixteen branches where clients have access to: merchant banking, M&A advisors, wealth management, online brokerage services, insurance services, PIPE & private placement underwriting, as well as alternative IPO structuring with an emphasis on companies located throughout the Greater China regions. Mr. Lee currently serves as the Director of China Northeast Metallurgy Association (CNMA) as well as a member of the China International Cobalt and Nickel Association. Mr. Lee is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in finance.

Xiaoguang Yang, Independent Director

Mr. Xiaoguang Yang was appointed as an Independent Director of our company on April 22nd, 2006. Mr. Yang received his M.A. in Law and B.A. in Finance & Trade from Jilin University in China. He served as Vice Director of the Jilin Finance & Trade Institute from 1983 to 1991 and was a Director of the Changchun Taxation Institute from 1991 to 1993. In 1997, Mr. Yang became Chief Operations Officer of the Rufess 2000 Group in Beijing. Just prior to joining Luxon Holdings, Mr. Yang was the Chief Executive Officer of Shanxi Wanshida Plastics, Co. Ltd. in Shanxi, China. He has twenty years of management experience and plays an important role in our company.
