Xiaoguang Yang, Independent Director

Mr. Xiaoguang Yang, 49, was appointed as an Independent Director of our company on April 22nd, 2006. Mr. Yang received his M.A. in Law and B.A. in Finance & Trade from Jilin University in China. He served as Vice Director of the Jilin Finance & Trade Institute from 1983 to 1991 and was a Director of the Changchun Taxation Institute from 1991 to 1993. In 1997, Mr. Yang became Chief Operations Officer of the Rufess 2000 Group in Beijing. Just prior to joining Luxon Holdings, Mr. Yang was the Chief Executive Officer of Shanxi Wanshida Plastics, Co. Ltd. in Shanxi, China. He has twenty years of management experience and plays an important role in our company.

Lucy Liang, Independent Director

Ms WenYu (Lucy) Liang joined our company as an Independent Director in December of 2008. With more than sixteen years of working experience in the accounting and auditing profession, she has been working with several multi-national companies such as Jilin Larut Construction Exploration Co., Ltd - a public company listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange as an accountant from 1994 to 1999.  During 1999 – 2001 she worked as an accounting manager at Raffles Changchun University - a wholly owned subsidiary of Raffles 2000 Group, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange, Mainboard. Raffles 2000 Group is a recognized leader in fashion design with campuses located throughout major cities all over the world. After Raffles 2000, she joined Shanxi Wanshida Plastics Engineering Co., Ltd as its Chief Financial Officer; Wanshida is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Midas Holdings – also a listed company on the Singapore Stock Exchange, Mainboard. Ms Liang holds Bachelor degree in Accounting from Jilin University in China. She has also qualified and received Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in China, and is a member of National Institute of Accountants in Australia.
